Shipping within India:

All orders within India enjoy complimentary shipping, and the costs are entirely covered by us.
Shipping outside India:
  • For international orders, shipping charges are determined based on the order's weight, volume, and destination.
  • Quotation of shipping prices will depend in accordance with courier service provider rates.
  • Import duties are not included in the prices for international orders (DDU basis). Recipients are responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by their country.
Delivery Timeframe:
  • Delivery times vary between 30 to 45 working days, contingent upon the specific product and any customizations needed.
  • Customers needing urgent orders or updates on their order status can contact us directly.
Factors Affecting Delivery:
  • Delivery schedules may be influenced by incomplete payment, inaccurate address details, missing measurements, or lack of customer response.
  • Delays can also occur due to courier partners and delivery locations.
Tracking and Communication:
  • Upon request, tracking details for orders are provided.
  • Customers can reach out for tracking information via phone or email.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
Unexpected events like natural disasters, political unrest, transport issues, or health emergencies may cause shipping and delivery delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Services: (only within India)
Partial COD services might be available upon request, although additional charges apply and are not covered by the brand. 
PLEASE NOTE: COD option is available only for selected locations/pincodes. Transaction limit for availing COD is upto Rs. 25,000/- only. Customisations are not available for COD orders
Inspecting Deliveries:
  • Customers are advised to carefully inspect delivered merchandise for damage.In case of damaged items, preserving the original packaging and providing photographic evidence is essential.
  • The customer is supposed to inform the same within 48 hours on receiving the product.
