CAN I CUSTOMISE AN ORDER?

We would love to make the products to meet your requirements, thus customisations are possible in terms of size, colours, sleeve and other minor adjustments. We can also take up custom pieces with design variations in terms of fabrics and embroidery.


DOES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CHANGE FOR A CUSTOMISED ORDER?

Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site. However, in case of customisations such as colour, sleeve adjustments, etc., there will be an additional customisation charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. In case the product was bought on promotion, an additional charge for any alteration is applicable.


CAN I REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN COLOUR OF THE PRODUCT?

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we recommend that you send in your measurements after placing an order in order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us. The final fit of the garments may vary based on style and your preferences.

 

WHAT IF MY SIZE DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE SIZE CHART?

WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTING ORDER?

As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, we assume you accept our terms and conditions when placing an order, and as per policy we cannot cancel orders/allow exchange or issue a refund.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

There are no shipping charges for all shipping within India. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and charged at actuals based on the weight and volume of the product as well as the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry. The prices do not include any custom duties or local sales tax, and as the recipient you will be responsible to clear any payments levied by the country you are in.

 

ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

We photograph all our products under professional lighting conditions so that the image you see is closest possible to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries based on your screen settings.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We can ship to your doorstep, or the product can be collected at our Flagship Store:Santacruz (W), Mumbai

 

WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?

If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, standard practice is that all products are shipped as one shipment - once your complete order is ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please contact us.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?

Each and every order is made from scratch, being hand embroidered and is made to measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 30 - 60 days, depending on the order and customisations if any. HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?

We generally keep a 3 inch margin in the body for all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we may need two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. Please note that one way shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alterations. The charges will vary depending on the requirement. Please note that final fits of sale garments may not be the same as bespoke pieces.

 

HOW DO WE SEND THE ORDER FOR ALTERATIONS?

If any alterations are required, we request you to send the garments to our flagship store at Santacruz (W), Mumbai. Please note, that we do not pick-up any alterations and the cost of delivering the product is to be taken care of by you.

 

I SHOPPED THE PRODUCTS FROM A MULTI-BRAND OUTLET. CAN ANY ALTERATIONS BE DONE?

For all products shopped from a Multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Additional charges are applicable on all orders being customised based on the requirements. We also charge additional for all alterations done on products bought on sale/promotional pricing.

Each and every product is made to order, and after considering all your requests.
