Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Requests:
  • Allowed within 48 hours after receiving the product. Any request initiated after 48 hours will not be entertained.
  • Initiate through the 'Return or Exchange' option on our website or via this link: [Exchange Link].
  • Exchange for Damaged / Incorrect Size Items only :
    Replacement provided if:
  • Item damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Incorrect size of the product
Request within 48hrs from delivery will only be entertained failing to which no exchanges will be accepted. In case of exchanges for wrong size, the same product will be exchanged for a different size, not a different product.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
    • Product must be in original packaging.
    • Product must be unused, undamaged, and include original tags intact.
    • In case of any stains, makeup marks, additional alteration done to the product, the product will not be qualified for an exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
Exchange Process:
    • Confirmation required for exchange.
    • Pickup scheduled within 1-3 business days at no extra cost.
    • Product received within 6-7 days.
    • Store credit issued or exchanged product dispatched within 2-3 days if conditions met.
    • If requested item is unavailable, best alternatives provided or store credit issued.
    • Process duration: 10-15 business days.
Items not eligible for exchange/ returns:

Sale or Discounted Products:
Our discounted items are offered as a special treat to our customers. Due to the exceptional savings, these items are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards at Panihari represent the freedom of choice for the recipient. Once purchased, they hold a specific monetary value and cannot be exchanged. We encourage you to consider your choices wisely when gifting our versatile gift cards.
Customized Products:
    Personalized just for you, our customized products are crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, due to their unique nature, these items cannot be exchanged. We strive to create a one-of-a-kind experience tailored to your preferences. Sarees with stitched blouses are not eligible for exchange.
    1. Accessories cannot be returned/exchanged
    Order Cancellations:
      We do not entertain requests for order cancellations, as your order placement is considered an acceptance of our terms and conditions. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to issue refunds or credit notes. We hold the rights to reject exchanges. If in any case we are unable to accept your order and the payment has been made online, the same will be reversed back to you.
      Undelivered Outfits:
      Panihari ensures the dispatch of your outfit as agreed upon receipt of full payment. If you prefer to collect your outfit from our store, it will be securely held until the designated delivery date.
